JOB DESCRIPTION
Airties is looking for an experienced and hands-on Test Engineer to work on our next generation Wi-Fi products and integrated solutions. Working at Airties, you will have a chance to grow your personal skill set with last mile Wi-Fi technologies.
- To analyze, investigate and create test suites with well-designed test cases and test data,
- To Conform with requirements & technology specifications, design and implement automated testplatforms, with using third party test tools.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering and Master Degree is a plus
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Self-driven, responsible, and keen to learn and improve
- Ability to demonstrate high discipline and structured working approach with strong analytical skills
- Easily adapt to fast changing environment and new requirements
- Proficient with spoken and written English

- Knowledge on automation and programming
- Experience in scripting languages preferably Python (Basic or Mid-Level experience)
- Knowledge about testing applications that operate in AWS, utilizing native cloud services and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot software/hardware configuration problems
- Knowledge about Linux based embedded systems
- Can do break attitude with ability to exploit weakness of the products under test with various systematic techniques
- Experience & ability in developing and implementing extensive test coverage,
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies
- Experience with version control, bug tracking, test management tools
- Understand & distinguish "software module/product/multi-product system" testing requirements
- Analyses requirements prepare feasibility report and design functional specification for Test Automation systems
- Evaluate team & lab technical competencies and proficiency levels
- Identify team training needs and infrastructure requirements
- Identify and measure project risks
- Team mentoring on test techniques
- Define Test Strategies for different product groups
- Evaluate and take necessary actions of Test Entry/Exit Criteria for upcoming Test Projects/Products
- Evaluate update and maintenance requirements of existing test plans
- Execute and/or lead test operations
- On-time delivery of required QA facilities
