QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Established in 2005, Kafein Technology has been providing to the technology software and management needs of national and global customers in telecom, banking, technology, tourism, services, insurance, and retail sectors for more than ten years. In addition to turn-key solutions tailored to customer needs, Kafein Technology develops software in the field of IoT, big data analysis, security, and mobile applications, and continuously work on R&D projects with its global partners and institutions.
- University degree preferably from Engineering departments.
- At least 7 years of experience in Sales and Business Development in the field of IT solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and business development in the banking industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively and simultaneously with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Have advanced analytical capabilities that can optimally balance customer, time, resource, and cost focuses.
- Able to follow detailed analysis, planning, organization, and reports. Rationally analyze the reports and create the right action plan.
- Have effective verbal and written communication and strategic thinking skills in identifying and solving problems.
- Innovative and creative, seeking continuous improvement areas in order to be effective and efficient in sales and customer management, new solutions and new business designs.
- Confident in research and reporting, analytical thinking, seeing the whole, solving problems and coping with obstacles.
- Having excellent command of English in both speaking and writing.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing the customer portfolio in the banking and insurance sector and developing opportunities to develop new business within the solution portfolio of Kafein and its subsidiaries, ensuring that it returns to sales.
- Increasing the sales potential of the company with the target of turnover.
- To guide the company in market analysis and customer analytics.
