QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Koç University College of Engineering will be hiring an “Administrative Assistant to the Dean” with the following qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from a reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Male candidates must have no military obligations
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written material and presentations


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Organizing travel arrangements, planning meetings and managing Dean's calendar
  • Organizing Faculty Council meetings, generating the meeting agenda, preparing the meeting record regarding the decisions taken in meetings and sharing with relevant departments
  • Providing office services and support by processing departmental work orders, travel arrangements, requisitions, travel expense claims and any other forms necessary for the day-to-day operating needs of the Office
  • Prepares and types confidential correspondence, forms and other documents such as announcements, letters, memos etc.
  • Updates the Dean's Office website including creation of content and editing documents, links, announcements etc in a timely manner
  • Performing other job-related duties and special projects as assigned
