GENEL NİTELİKLER

Koç University College of Administrative Sciences and Economics will be hiring an Administrative Assistant with the below mentioned qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related fields
  • Preferably, 2 years of professional experience in academic departments of universities or educational institutions
  • Demonstrable competencies such as communication, planning and organization and agility with professionalism
  • Self-motivation, positive and proactive attitude with high level of energy
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work-environment
  • Strong analytical thinking, reporting, continuous improvement, time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
  • No military obligation for male candidates


JOB DESCRIPTION


Administrative Assistant is going to provide support to the academic and administrative processes of the faculty and to the Academic Coordinator by developing innovative methods when necessary.

  • Providing necessary support for the activities of the faculty within the framework of EQUIS and AACSB accreditation standards
  • Organizing annual meetings with the International Advisory Board and maintaining the necessary communication
  • Ensuring continuous communication flow with internal stakeholders and alumni
  • Regulation of faculty web page and keeping content updated
  • Responding to the questions of the pupils / parents at the Dean’s Office, and directing them to the relevant parties when necessary
  • Supporting Dean’s Office Administrative responsibilities, such as budget entries to SAP, Dean’s internal and external communications and also accreditation driven reporting.
