QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Acquisition of target projects and project management during development and industrialization phase.
- Leading the APQP process with milestone quality.
- Giving technical presentations at the customers’, building up and developing relationship to all relevant technical functions of customers.
- Planning/managing/controlling of budgets for all customer projects.
- Responsible for VA/VE ideas and their implementation in line with AT targets.
- Monitoring and ensuring profitability of respective projects over lifecycle.
- Initiation and implementation of change management (ECR).
- Supporting review of contracts (SOW, ES/TS, DVP) and/or involving relevant departments.
- Solving & communicating development-related customer issues (time, quality, cost) and assistance in solving serial production quality issues.
Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or comparable field.
- Experience in the described key tasks will be positively evaluated.
- Project management experience.
- APQP / PPAP.
- Fluency in English. German is an asset.
- Team player.
- Assertivenes.
- Conflict management.
- Willingness to develop.
