We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven professional with a can do attitude for our Marketing Department. On top of your marketing skills you will need to use your entrepreneurial spirit, assist in business development efforts and take charge in new product development for our growing PL universe. As part of the Bidfood Turkey team you will be involved in leading the digital transformation of the company and implement market leading solutions to deliver the best service for our customers.

Brand Executive

Job Description

· Support marketing plans & manage marketing budgets for brands within the category to deliver net revenue, gross margin, market share and profit targets within timescales and budget as approved by the local leadership team

· Work in a close relationship with Sales /Supply Chain/Brand teams for analysis and implementation

· Manage digital communications and e-commerce development efforts

· Provide regular tracking information to monitor market performance, brand performance against KPI’s, budget tracking

· Develop and execute annual marketing plan activities for a given brand within a category, responsible for ensuring successful implementation of the plan.

· Lead brand development plans and ensuring smooth execution

· Lead media/PR/event and market research agencies to deliver projects outlined in the brand plans

. Manage brand ambassador teams & execute seasonal programmes

. Be a part of the digital transformation of the company by leading sub-groups and other related 3rd party relations

· Manage the fixed asset portfolio & the procurement budget according to category performance & needs

Qualifications

· Bachelors’ degree on a relevant topic. Master’s is a plus.

· Fluecy in English is required and Italian or French is a plus.

· Previous experience in reputable B2B or FMCG companies, preferably in Trade marketing/Sales/Marketing.

· Past product/brand development experience

· Proven commercial and executional excellence

· Proven and effective involvement in a position of responsibility in a category/brand management environment (at least 1 year)

· Strong communication and presentations skills. Having worked within an international setting is a plus.

· Advanced Excel & PPT skills

· Driving license B category
