Globalgate is a fast growing International Fair Organization representing World’s leading B2B events in Turkey. We are looking for long term business associate, preferably junior, who have a passion to develop himself / herself in an International career.

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for leading specific sales, maintaining and growing some existing clients and sourcing new clients, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and supporting creative sales strategies in Turkey. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

  • Convert prospects into Globalgate clients, Penetrate and develop new business and revenue from a defined list of development accounts
  • Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling).
  • Educate prospective clients on the value of Globalgate’s products and services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree (preferable if Business Economics or Business Administration) from reputable universities
  • Advanced level of both written and spoken English, second foreign language is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and social media
  • Analytical thinking, organizational skills, target oriented thinking
  • Having strong communication and team working skills
  • Customer and solution oriented
  • No obstacles for travelling and ability to organize multi trips at long distances with excellent time, management and organization skills,
  • Good at driving in Istanbul with a valid driving ID.
  • Male candidates should have completed their military service
  • Preferably living in Istanbul European side.
  • Candidates not over 30 years old.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Finding new customers using alternative sales channels

· Be in charge of the full sales cycle of planning execution, leveraging support teams to help you

· Producing projects to increase sales in target markets

· Monitoring customer satisfaction and managing the process of solving potential problems

· Be expected to collaborate with colleagues of all levels proactively, positively, and professionally

· Provide feedback from customer training sessions/meetings – share with colleagues and ‘manage up’

· Regular monitoring of other international and local fairs and related government web sites

· Monitor weekly/monthly sales data and report to the management.

· Maintain high customer satisfaction for all Globalgate services, functions, and experiences
