We are looking for a Business Solutions Associate (CRM) who is willing :
Requirements;

· BSc or MSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering,
Information Systems Engineering or related discipline,
· 3-4 years experience business analysis, projej & process management including end user and operation support for IT -Software Solutions,
· Knowledge and experience in SAP Projects in retail industry (it.POS is a plus ),
· Knowledge on campaign and loyalty management tools (Microsoft Dynamics
is a plus),
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL and be able to write complex queries to extraction and validation of data,
· Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities,
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high- performing team with business units,
· Excellent problem solving and planning skills,
· Ability to understand and find appropriate solutions for issues,
· Capability to work with strict deadlines,
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Key duties;
· Responsible for the business and technical analysis of the CRM and Loyalty processes integrated with SAP,
· Monitor transactions of any marketing campaign for data consistency in systems,
· Povide necessary coordination with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of operation in line with the needs of the departments,
· Managing SLA about delivery of services and solving operational issues in SLA limits,
· Report and escalate to management as needed,
· Monitor systems and processes to be finalized successfully,
· Prepares and updates user manuals, creates documentation for changes and develops user manuals to communicate changes and fixes effectively.
