Required Qualifications:

  • University degree,
  • At least 2 years of buying/merchandising experience in fashion retail sector,
  • Advanced level of both written and spoken English,
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills,
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Strong coordination and communication skills,
  • Proactive, and open-minded personality, ability and willingness to learn.

Basic Functions:
  • Following Buying Calendar, organizing and reporting to Head of Women,
  • Reporting Critical Path System Reports to Head of Women,
  • Following and reporting Shopping and CEO Shoppings and after-sales performance,
  • To coordinate meetings about process of Product Management, to take a statement and following the process,
  • Coordinating expense budget of Product Management with Budget Planning Unit.
  • Coordinating and following-up the issues transmitted by CEO Office,
  • Ensuring calendar of coordination the product strategy and sign off meetings,
  • Determining the problems related to the flow of processes, taking action to solve them,
  • Sharing of all decisions taken by CEO with reports and controlling deadlines,
  • Daily follow-up to confirmation of systematic approvals,
  • Planning travels plans with BUD and PD and budget control,
  • Following offline&online calendars,
  • Following and updating of norm staff,
  • Following KPI's given by the CEO office and reporting the performance indicators.
