QUALIFICATIONS:

· Over 3 Years of IT experience as a Citrix System Administration & Windows System Administration

· Experience with virtualized application and desktop environments such as VDI, Citrix, XenApp, XenMobile, and thin terminals

· Demonstrated knowledge of virtualization platforms and architectures; including VMWare ESX/ESXi , and Citrix XenServer

· Implementing, deploying, and supporting Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix Provisioning Services

· Extensive and proven knowledge of Microsoft Technologies: Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016 Windows 7, Windows 8.x, Windows 10

· Experience in managing Active Directory Domains, Trusts, Policies, Organizational Units and Security Groups.

· Preferably experienced in using German and English languages covering technical areas.



JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Administer Citrix XenDesktop farms and Web Servers

· Provide technical support for Citrix VDI Platform

· Provide continuous improvement for software, hardware, information security for the organization’s VDI Environment

· Monitor and maintain the service continuity in all Citrix VDI Farms.

· Plan, inform and perform Microsoft Windows Updates to Servers belonging to the Citrix VDI Environment based on a monthly schedule.

· Establish communication with Webhelp International teams for achieving a globally standardized desktop virtualization environment.

· Conduct system troubleshooting to segregate and identify general system problems.

· Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.

· Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

· Experience with storages, servers and patch management.

· Ability to meet tight deadlines, ability to manage different tasks/projects simultaneously

· Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.

· Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus.

· Embracing customer first approach, able to develop trust-based relationship with internal customers and understand their needs

· Embracing one-team approach, able to be a strong team player

· Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills

· Excellent command of English and/or German.
