JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Taking an active role in assessment and improvement of compensation and benefits system for International Retail Business
  • Implement and execute the salary adjustment and salary increase projects,
  • Making internal and external analysis about compensation and benefits practices,
  • Preparing the data for the salary research and analyzing and interpreting the results of the research and offer suggestions.
