We are looking for an "Salesforce CRM Specialist" for our leading client operating in healthcare sector.
EssentialResponsibilities:
• Collaborate with all Internal and External stakeholders to proactively identify issues and pain points and drive solutions and actions
• Prepare and maintain training materials on using HC’s Salesforce platform for Accounts/Opportunity Management/Quoting processes
• Plan and conduct regular Training sessions for external Partner Organizations
• Ensure continued support for on-boarded Partner Organizations. Be available to Partner Users to answer technical questions over the phone and on Microsoft Teams. Help guide new Partner Users on system usage
• Collaborate with business to maintain and keep data (Accounts/Contracts etc.) up to date for deployed partners
• Ensure Partner Users have all the required access in a timely manner and that these are kept up to date as per HC & Partner Orgs needs
DesiredQualifications:
• Bachelor’sDegreeon anybusiness,marketing,orIT related fieldwith atleast 4 yrsexperience
• Prior Salesforce Platformexperience isa must
• Excellent written andverbalcommunicationskills
• Strong analytical & problem-solvingskillsand can workunder stress& timebounded environment
• Successfully led cross-functionalprojects/process improvements;abletoquicklygraspnewideas.
• Advanceskills on Microsoftapplications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
