QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated from related departments of universities,
- At least 3 years of experience in the field,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
- Has the ability to think analytically and likes to work with numbers,
- Worked on CRM applications, campaign management or developing customer strategies and reflecting them on business processes,
- Preferably used email/sms/push sending and tracking tools,
- Strong communication skills,
- Knowledge of Customer Analytics, Segmentation, Data Mining, Campaign Management,
- Advanced reporting skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Establishment of Vestel Pazarlama CRM strategy and infrastructure, designing processes and project management. To design end-to-end processes of new projects and business models, to ensure coordination between teams and to ensure their continuity.
