QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Preferably graduated from the relevant departments of Universities,
  • Residing in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul,
  • At least 2 years (Call Center) call center experience,
  • Having worked in payment and electronic money transfer institutions,
  • Advanced level of English speaking and writing skills,
  • Able to keep up with the intense work tempo,
  • Fluent and effective communication skills
  • High persuasiveness,
  • diction is correct,
  • Not related to military service for male candidates.


We are looking for a "Customer Representative" who meets the above criteria.


JOB DEFINITION;

  • All problems, disputes, etc. coming from the customer and the representative about money transfer. providing solutions to issues,
  • All problems, disputes etc. related to foreign customers and representatives. speaking and writing on issues.
