QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preferably graduated from the relevant departments of Universities,
- Residing in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul,
- At least 2 years (Call Center) call center experience,
- Having worked in payment and electronic money transfer institutions,
- Advanced level of English speaking and writing skills,
- Able to keep up with the intense work tempo,
- Fluent and effective communication skills
- High persuasiveness,
- diction is correct,
- Not related to military service for male candidates.
We are looking for a "Customer Representative" who meets the above criteria.
JOB DEFINITION;
- All problems, disputes, etc. coming from the customer and the representative about money transfer. providing solutions to issues,
- All problems, disputes etc. related to foreign customers and representatives. speaking and writing on issues.
