Specialist for Headquarters in Ankara.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited university with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- in closely related field.
- Considerable (5 years) professional experience developing, leading, and/or managingemployee-centered programs, services and/or C&B programs
- Experience in Human Resource administration to include employee relations,
- complex problem solving, and project administration.
- Experience must demonstrate increased levels of responsibility andaccountability with the ability to identify risks, build and align initiatives,and effectively implement programs with clear
- Fluent English is must
- Analytical thinking and result oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communicationskills
- Preferably experience in Job Grading,ERP systems and/or HRIS
Job Description:- Ensuring our compensation plans comply with the company strategies
- Designing fair and attractive bonus and incentive programs
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
- Evaluating how effective the benefit packages are in terms of employeesatisfaction
- Recommends, develops, organizes, and manages a balanced program of eventsand activities for the division which include a wide range of recognition andawards programs designed to support a positive work environment promotingemployee morale, loyalty, and engagement.
- Facilitates an open and trusting environment where employees can discuss
- problems, concerns, and issues.
- Periodically conducts climate and engagement surveys; analyzing results,preparing major findings as compared to goals, developing conclusions, anddelivering recommendations to management.
- Manages and coordinates the division’s diversity action plan; monitoringprogress and providing recommendations to improve inclusive behavior, employeeopportunities with resultant diversity.
