QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University degree preferably in the area of Hospitality Management or similar area
  • Excellent command of English, a second European language is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Administrative / Personal Assistant in International Five Star Luxury Hotels
  • Excellent command of computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, Opera)
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal & written)
  • High degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Initiative taker, proactive, forward-thinking
  • Detail and result-oriented attitude
  • Ability to adapt and manage in fast moving work environment
  • Strictly maintains confidentiality and quality within the Department

İŞ TANIMI

Under the general guidance and supervision of the General Manager and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, assists the General Manager in executing all administrative requirements of the Executive Office.
