- Good command of spoken and written English

Job Description

Position has overall responsibility of training and managing Kitchen Associates and supervising / coordinating all related culinary activities; estimating food consumption and requisition or purchasing food; selecting and developing recipies; implementing presentation technique and brand's quality standarts, and ensuring proper safety and sanitation in kitchen
