Voyage Torba, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for '' FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER '' who has the following qualifications:
University degree in Tourism, Food Service Management, Business Administration
At least four – five years in similar or same role
Ten years of experience in Food & Beverage
Good command of English ( Russian is preferred )
Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations.
Great organizational skills
Strong proven leadership abilities, creativity and a vision for quality and excellence in food beverage operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and customers
Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively
Customer oriented mindset
Deep knowledge of the food industry
Ability to create reports to give to management
Direct and organize the Food & Beverage operation within the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage service
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make decisions on matters of importance to guest service
Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
Manage and delegate the operation of all food and beverage outlets and sub-departments, i.e. room service etc.
Responsible for guest satisfaction in relation to the food and beverage service
Responsible for the preparation of F&B budget and forecast, determination of purchase requirements, menus, job descriptions, etc.
Lead, manage and develop personnel in the food and beverage department.
Ability to create restaurant and bar’s policies
Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service
Follow food and safety regulations
