QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Tourism, Food Service Management, Business Administration,
• At least 4 - 5 years in similar or same role,
• 10 years of experience in Food & Beverage,
• Good command of English,
• Strong proven leadership abilities, creativity and a vision for quality and excellence in food & beverage operations,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and customers,
• Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively,


JOB DESCRIPTION

Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for;

• Direct and organize the Food & Beverage operation within the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage service,

• Manage and delegate the operation of all food and beverage outlets and sub-departments, i.e. room service etc.

• Responsible for guest satisfaction in relation to the food and beverage service,

•Responsible for the preparation of F&B budget and forecast, determination of purchase requirements, menus, job descriptions, etc.,

• Lead, manage and develop personnel in the food and beverage department.
