General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related major.
- Ideal candidate must have minimum 10 years of experience in the same position in a luxury environment, possess a positive attitude and strive to keep quality consistently high.
- Great command of verbal and written language, both English and Turkish.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals and be a part of it.
- Focused on guest satisfaction and visible in operation, can promote good public relations and handle complaints, concerns or special request.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planing, resource allocation, inventory control and coordination of people and resources.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, P&L statements, forecasting practices and reporting of financial data.
