QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

1. POSITION IDENTIFICATION

Job Title : General Manager Assistant

Plant : spT

Department : Administrative

Definition

  • Organizing the meeting, preparing the necessary presentations, taking the meeting notes and turning them into reports,
  • Organizing, controlling and monitoring the daily / weekly / monthly work schedule and working environment of the works in the department,
  • Carrying out the work, following the flow, evaluating it and making the necessary interventions in case of need by keeping the competencies in the foreground in all processes and projects.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting the General Manager in daily management routines,
  • Coordinating, organizing, scheduling appointments, events, interviews, meetings, business travels, and/or similar activities,
  • Gathering, consolidating, reporting, and/or translating related documents, metrics, and activities,
  • Effectively communicating with all parties in all levels internally and externally (by mail, telephone, documentation, etc.)
  • Able to work in cooperation with the IT department of the headquarters in France.

3. REQUESTED PROFILE – TRAINING

  • Graduated from Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
  • High level of English,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Successful in human relations, able to use communication processes very well, listening with an effective speaking style,
  • Able to make clear and stable decisions, keeping motivation high in the face of challenging situations,
  • Result oriented, equipped to produce solutions,
  • Strong planning and organizational skills,
  • Strong ability to build business processes with employees in horizontal / vertical,
  • Ability to prepare presentations and reports using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
  • Excellent coordination, planning, problem solving, dealing abilities,
  • Advanced organizational and communication skills with attention to details and deadlines,
  • Ability to re-prioritise and work with multi-functional tasks.
