GENEL NİTELİKLER

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, international hotel experience is preferred.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.
  • Good command of Opera and Microsoft Office.
  • Good team player, working well with other departments and co-workers.
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines of hotel industry.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Driving a guest centric culture in the hotel and create awareness and understanding among all hotel teams on the importance of guest experience.
  • Resolve guests’ complaints; anticipate potential problems by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow and associate performance to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and quality
  • Leads and supports all guest experience initiatives at the property.
  • Have direct contact with guests to collect direct feedback and facilitate new ways of collecting more in-house feedback.
  • Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
