QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR for our Luxury Boutique Hotel in Antalya
Qualifications;
o A graduate of the University, preferably a graduate of the Tourism Management and Hospitality Department of Universities
o Experienced at least 3 years in a similar position
o Excellent Command of English,Knowledge of second foreign language would be an asset
o Master Ms Office applications,preferably master the Adobe Photoshop program,
o Prioritizes guest satisfaction, has the ability to make quick and effective decisions, can effectively use communication skills,
o Prone to Teamwork and engaged in work in this direction
o has adopted the principle of providing friendly service, has presentable and smooth diction
o can be a resident or resident of Antalya center.
o Have a creative perspective that can effectively manage social media tools and support content production
o Having experience in reporting on advertising and CRM applications.
Job description
o To help solve the problems in accordance with the requests of the guests by evaluating the opinions and complaints of the guests
o To get to know the guests staying by working in coordination with the Front Desk Department and to keep in close contact with other department managers in solving the problems that have arisen
o To ensure that VIP guests receive good service by following the entrance, accommodation and exit processes of the hotel and to follow up on this
o To provide and plan satisfaction-enhancing suggestions.
o Organizing shares within the framework of the weekly social media program
o Manage accounts on social media and comment sites such as Booking.com Expedia, Tripadvisor, Instagram, etc., answer incoming questions, provide hotel information, provide answers to comments,
o will assist the sales and marketing departments.
