We seek for “Transport, Trade, and Logistics Specialist” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge at Hitachi Energy Core Manufacturing Center in Dilovası location with below qualifications;
Your background
- University degree in External Trade, Logistics or related fields.
- Min 2 years experience in related fields.
- Good command of English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Military service completed for male applicants.
Your responsibilities
- Organization of the local and international transport.
- Market search for best freight rates and services.
- Supporting Order Handling Engineers for logistics and customer requirements.
- Communication with internal departments and custom agencies for effective coordination.
- Issuing export documents, shipping papers, and customer documents.
- Monitoring and updating the changes of customs legislation and applications.
- Monitoring and planning shipments.
- Execute inventory management for finished goods.
- Verification and analysis of the invoices for export expenses.
- Follows and collects receivables per shipment,
- Prepares related periodic internal /external reports.
- When necessary, provide visitors logistics and transfers.
- Prepares customer documents and manuals as per contract requirements.
- Knowledge in export/import regulations.
