RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists and advises a team of Managers on personnel issues, performance evaluations, personnel policies and legislation
  • Conducting recruitment and selection process, screens applicants, interviews , offering and hiring all coded personnel or /and non- coded personnel
  • Assists in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through creation of an employee handbook
  • Prepares reports in conformance with requirements for Corporate on a monthly basis . (such as Idash reports , Forecasts for Finance Department, KOI reports etc. )
  • Identifies and helps to develop training programs to support continuous improvement
  • Coordinates training needs/requirements companywide and assists in determining career planning and development for employees
  • Prepares annual training plan according to training needs /requirements and budget and gets approval from HR Manager . Follows up all training records and reports
  • Searches training companies and collects offers and organizes training.
  • Develops and provides an Orientation program to all new employees
  • Maintains job descriptions, job evaluations and job analysis including detailing requirements for each position in the facility, performing gap analysis and detailing deficiencies
  • Maintains job matching , benchmarking reports for salary management
  • Develops and promotes programs/projects to foster positive employee and labour relations
  • Participates in internal audits as a IATF 16949, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Internal Auditor to help identify non-compliances
  • Acts as the administrator for all QMS controlled Human Resources documents, policies and procedures
  • Organizing social activities and events to raise employee engagement and also plans a social responsibility project for every quarter in a year
  • Supports personnel &administration affairs if it is needed.
  • Follows up and organizes applications of expats' work permit and residence permit if it is needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Requires degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. Master of Science Degree will be an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR department in a production company. Automotive sector will be plus.
  • Must be fluent in English and Turkish both orally and written.
  • Complete understanding of HR systems and practices.
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills and needs to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be a good consensus builder and have strong persuasive power.
  • Must have and be able to keep the trust of employees.
  • Requires excellent organization skills for balancing all activities and keeping detailed records.
  • Strong PC competency demonstrated (Word, Excel, PPS, etc.).
