ZF Group company ZF Sachs Turkey, located in Gebze-Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for a qualified professional for HR team for its growing organization.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in a multinational working environment
  • Job experience of multiple human resources disciplines in recruitment, development, employee relations and operations
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications, preferably SAP HR module
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Turkish Labour Law
  • Dynamic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking, planning and organizing ability
  • No military obligations for male candidates
  • Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze&İzmit)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment, development and support other HR functions
  • Responsible for document preparation and fulfilling administrative requirements according to the legislation of hiring, termination, internal moves and etc.
  • Support employee relations issues according to company policies
  • Participate in HR related projects
  • Support preparing HR reports
