QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “People and Culture Specialist” who will be a member of our People and Culture team. If you want to be a team member of apioneercompany, you might be the person we are looking for!

Main Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business Administration, Labour Economics & Industrial Relations and etc.)

· At least 5 years of working experience in general HR functions, preferable at finance sector

· Excellent command of MS Office applications

· Proven experience and knowledge in Turkish Labor Law

· Good command of English in both writing and speaking

What will you be doing?

· Responsible for Full Life Cycle Recruitment includes job descriptions, preparing job advertisements on career portals, shortlisting, interviewing, talent assessments, and onboarding

· Working with business line managers to understand the business needs

· Being the point of contact for employees queries and direct them to the right channel if needed

· Play active role in the implementation and administration of the training programs (classroom &online)

· Providing to be carried out Performance and Talent Managements process

· Organizational Development studies such as preparing HR procedures, job descriptions, forms and work processes

· Off-boarding process administration

· Coordinate and provide data and information to payroll for monthly closing

· Keeping an eye on global talent trends and best cases for inspiration

· Supporting with the general day-to-day operation of the HR department

· Taking part in employer branding activities such as university career events, LinkedIn posts and company motivation events
