We are looking for a 'Human Resources Director' to be assigned within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology or closely related field,
- 12+ years' experience in Human Resources,
- Knowledge of ERP module is preferred,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies,
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees,
- Outstanding organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills,
- Strong knowledge and experience in organizational development and coaching,
- Analytical thinking, analyzing, and reporting capability,
- Ability to understand, balance, prioritize and develop compelling approaches to best meet the needs of the business,
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR processes; recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, assessment & promotion management, performance management, employee relationship management, employer branding, organizational change management, organizational effectiveness, HR analytics & reporting, , training & development, internal communication, compensation & benefits management,
- Work closely with managers to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention,
- Execute recruitment & onboarding and performance & career management activities with HR policy and practices,
- Working with managers to understand the business needs,
- Taking part in development of the Employee Life cycle process’ projects. (Recruitment, On boarding, Development, Retention, and Exit),
- Taking support role on workforce planning and budgeting,
- Build the organizational talent pipeline by planning and contributing to key developmental experiences (e.g. leadership, cross-functional, technical and international perspective),
- Support organisational design and development.
- Coach employees to help them navigate job issues, career development and answer general questions regarding HR programs and policies,
- Participate in special HR projects and process improvement and organizational development initiatives.
