Responsible for formulating, improving and implementing the company's HR management policies,
Responsible for the talent development of the company, Set up the company's employee development platform, establish and improve the company's training resource base,
Tracked and analyzed the market trends in HR related fields,
Promoted the corporate culture of the company, improved the working atmosphere of the factory,
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in fields related to human resources, administration, business administration or electronics,
More than 5 years of working experience in HR management and 3 years of experiences in union processes,
Good communication and coordination skills, stress tolerance and teamwork skills, strong planning and execution skills,
Residing in Tuzla and surrounding districts,
Very good command of English,
Preferably with knowledge of Chinese,
Will be able to adapt to the busy schedule,
Able to work systematically and regularly,
