We are looking for an HR Process Specialist to take part in Şişecam Headquarters – Tuzla / Istanbul.

he ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:


· Bachelor’s degree with major preferably in Engineering departments

· Experience in system and process design and development

· Consultancy or process improvement experience is an asset

· Experience in HR system and process design and development is an asset

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

· Preferably having a knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, process design programs such as Microsoft Visio, Signavio, ARIS, Gliffy, Lucidchart, Xmind etc.

· Excellent presentation and reporting skills

· Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

· Proactive, strong analytical skills

· Ability and willingness to work with a diverse workforce, intercultural understanding

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Conducting internal and external trend analyzes in order to prepare of HR strategies

· Providing support for the execution of HR Presidency projects, reporting the status, ensuring coordination

· Conducting necessary researches in the field of Human Resources management and preparing reports

· Drawing HR Processes and preparing responsibility matrices (RACI) with coordination of business units

· Updating and keeping track of HR processes and responsibility matrices (RACI)

· Conducting routine checks and risk assessment studies regarding HR processes, following the relevant actions and reporting the results

· Keeping the HR regulations, policies, procedures and instructions up-to-date, coordinating update activities, ensuring communication

· Ensuring consolidation Management Reports

· Preparation of the Annual Performance Targets of the HR and reporting the realizations
