We are looking "Human Resources Specialist" for our dynamic team which has located at İstanbul or Manisa plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, develop sourcing plans, screen candidates resume, attract top talents, build interview plans for a variety of roles, manage reference checks and job offers, follow up onboarding process, exit interviews etc.
  • Execute employee onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring support to new and existing employees in the process
  • Assists in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Ensuring coordination and flow of information between the headquarter and the other locations where we operate, within the scope of HR processes
  • Coordinates training plans and assists in determining career planning and development for employees
  • Supports preparation of annual training plan according to training needs /requirements and budget
  • Searches training companies and collects offers and organizes training
  • Follows up all training records and reports
  • Follows up and coordinates communication for Performance Management process cycle
  • Designs and ensures that onboarding program is fulfilled
  • Supports revisions and creation of job descriptions
  • Participates to internal and external quality audits (BRC, Sedex, FSSC)
  • Managing company & employee communication coordination for insurance processes.
  • Responsible for SAP HR / PA processes
  • Providing support in need for payroll process
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees in the local office on various cultural, benefits, payroll, and other HR processes/programs questions


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor/ Master degree degree preferably in Business Management, Labour economics and Industrial Relations
  • 5 years of Professional experience in Human Resources
  • Proactive with the enthusiasm to share new ideas and create solutions for HR initiatives and client challenges
  • Fluent for both written and verbal communication in English & Turkish
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team work oriented
