We develop innovations that change the World of textile inside out. We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, especially in the fields of recruitment, training and development
  • Preferably, having knowledge of the use and interpretation of recruitment inventories.
  • Very goog command of Office programs.
  • Actively involved in the digitalizataion process, preferably with HR spftware experience
  • Preferably fluent in English
  • Preferably command of Canias & ERP HR modüle.
  • Graduated from related departments of universities, preferably with a master’s degree in HR

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • To conduct search candidates, interview and placement them processes
  • To ensure the follow-up and management of on the job orientation and rotation processes.
  • To take an active role in establishing a company Academy.
  • To organize the trainings by creating annual plans according to the demands.
  • To keep procedures, regulations, organizational charts and job descriptions up to date, to create new ones when needed.
  • To prepare and present human resources reports periodically.
  • To ensure the execution of appreciation and reward sistems.
  • To take an active role in performance evaluation, creation, development and implementation processes.
  • Contributing to corporate culture and employer branding.
  • Taking an active role in digital transformation adaptation processes.
  • To ensure the follow up of career planning, preferment,personel back up and assingment processes.
  • To ensure coordination by carrying out studies related to employee satisfaction
  • To support all other human resources processes
