QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a teammate for ''İnternational E-commerce Logistics Executive'' a key contributor to the development and management of e-fulfillment and international logistics services for Turkish SME companies in the UK and in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Manage successful customer engagement to give excellent door-to-marketplace warehouse delivery services as well as e-fulfillment services in the UK and in Europe both domestically and internationally
- Liaise with and drive warehouse relationships and contracts in the UK ensuring lowest shipping cost, best delivery performance, adequate capacity and excellent customer service
- Analyze requirements of customers to identify business development opportunities
- Communicating with related stakeholders within the company as well as partners to get support
- Identify and collect improvement opportunities, work closely with teams to drive feature development
Qualifications
- Process oriented and excellent problem solver
- High project management skills and operational knowledge
- Deal with ambiguity and complex situations using excellent communication skills
- Experience working for an international logistics company
- Good knowledge of e-fulfillment services as well as international trade regulations
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Business or related fields
- Experience in Supply Chain, International Logistics and Trade, E-commerce or Operations
- Analytical and quantitative skills to use data and metrics to back up assumptions
