JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Execution of store opening processes in the countries for which it is responsible, depending on the growth plan, and submitting it to senior management approval by making SWOT analyzes.
  • Researching new store locations in line with the store opening target, and monitoring and controlling the process of contracted store openings.
  • Organizing visits to new store locations, conducting research on commercial suitability, conducting feasibility studies.
  • Ensuring that pre-sales, sales and after-sales operations & services are carried out within MADAME COCO service standards. Transferring the detected deficiencies to the responsible persons in standard format and following the actions.
  • Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of flawless product presentation in all stores for which it is responsible within the framework of Visual Editing Standards.
  • To have full knowledge of all economic and retail movements, geographical and demographic characteristics of the region under his/her responsibility and following the demand changes in the region, the number of customers and their profile. Informing the product management and marketing teams.
  • Ensuring that the internal audit system operates effectively in its subordinate departments.
  • Ensuring that the works with established standards and all processes published as instructions by the center are carried out on time and completely. Ensuring that all the announcements to the stores are sent from a single source and making the necessary arrangements for the store personnel to use their time efficiently
  • Analyzing and reporting possible risks related to store activities.
  • Establishing and ensuring the implementation of preventive systems to improve the problems identified as a result of store inspections and counting results.
  • Analyzing and reporting on target-turnover and profitability in stores.
  • According to his position; Ensuring the determination of standards by renewing and improving the activities that play an active role in the realization of service, sales and other sales by focusing on the customer. Ensuring that the stores are managed by the Country, Regional Manager and Store Managers in this direction. Carrying out renovation works according to new needs.
  • Organizing operational processes related to sales enhancing activities of all stores. Organizing store-based joint activities with marketing, making target-result analyzes.
  • Ensuring that all works are carried out without separating the Central Store, managing service, quality, visual, product, marketing and all actions in parallel with each other.
