QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
INVENTORY AND PROCESS ANALYST ASSOCIATE
Position Purpose
The incumbent is mainly responsible for the execution of analyzing activities in all Warehouses, delivering all related reports and fulfilling Warehouse operations properly.
The position will be reporting to Inbound Warehouse Manager.
The incumbent will be mainly responsible for:
- Conducting analysis and improvement studies of warehouse processes, including physical and software environments.
- Taking necessary actions to maintain accurate inventory in cooperation with warehouse leaders.
- Creating and submitting periodical legal reports for inventory balance.
- Following-up purchasing processes of warehouse consumables.
- Coordinating internal pest management activities as per related department’s requests, reporting daily/weekly trap count results.
- Following-up on external warehouse rental activities such as contract procedures, budget, etc.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering or equivalent,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory and/or process analysis processes
- Advanced level of English knowledge,
- Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Strong communication, cooperation, and teamwork skills,
- SAP knowledge is an asset.
