QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Inventory Control Staff”to be located in our Akyazı Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

  • Managing transfer of finished goods from plants to other warehouse,
  • Assessment of balance requests from transportation planning associates,
  • Determination of the quantities to be balanced to other warehouses,
  • Tracking balanced products till they reach the warehouse,
  • Making and reporting risk analysis by taking into account the expiry dates and product flow speed of the balanced products,
  • Controlling and following-up of product shelf life rules determined for balances between warehouses and shipments to customers,
  • Weekly reporting of expiry dates of all products in warehouses,
  • Coordinating sales and trade marketing teams to discuss the actions to be taken for the products which have expiry date problem,
  • The following-up process of resalable products from the relevant customer, or from the warehouses to another customer,
  • Monitoring the company's return processes and reporting them monthly and quarterly and organizing meetings with the relevant departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a related department,
  • At least 1 year of experience on inventory control or related duties,
  • Preferably a good command of English,
  • Ability to work in multicultural environments,
  • Being customer and result oriented,
  • Problem solving competence with an analytical perspective,
  • Having strong human relations with a positive approach, having the ability to set business priorities and to inform business partners on time about their processes,
  • Having knowledge of supply chain,
  • Good command of SAP, ERP and Office programs,
  • Understanding the dynamics of sales,
  • Being a team player and working with a proactive approach
