QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or similar related field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in technical recruitment, IT and R&D recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment.
  • Experience with HR Recruitment Tools
  • Preferably Headhunting experience in consultant firms,
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong skills in MS Office programs,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
  • Having good planning and organizing skills,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment,
  • Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process including shortlisting, interviews, references, salary negotiations and the on-boarding process
  • Posting jobs (internal and external -Linkedin, Kariyer.net-),
  • Screen candidates CV’s and track job applications,
  • Managing interview schedule for each step of the recruitment process,
  • Organizing interviews,
  • Recruitment and Selection (Performing competency-based interviews with Line Managers)
  • Sharing evaluation reports of the short list candidates with Hiring Managers,
  • Communicating with the stakeholders (Hiring Managers) in order to finalize
  • Recruitment (cost study, salary study, reference checks, approvals, offer),
  • Cooperation with recruitment team,
  • Build up effective working relationships with various remote Hiring Manager,
  • Completing the system related process upon completion of the recruitment,).
  • Assists the employer branding activities, coordinates with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
