GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a consultative Marine Sales Manager to manage and expand a valued portfolio of high profile commercial marine customers across Turkey. To be successful in this role you will be a person who is driven by developing customer relationships through identifying and recommending the best Cummins solutions to meet Customer needs.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

· Prospecting and developing new opportunities to grow the Cummins Marine Commercial business

· Independently developing and executing account plans to build customer relationships and achieve sales goals within the Turkish marine market

· Developing opportunities to increase sales by identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and marine industry stakeholders.

· Developing new customer relationships and strengthening current customer relationships that enable identification of a customer’s needs, business model and buying process

· Using understanding of customer needs and priorities to identify and offer Cummins solutions

· Bringing current and emerging needs of the customer and Turkish marine market to their manager/director

· Driving sales, achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

· Background in Marine Sales, Marine Engineering or Marine technical experience with commercial marine systems essential

· Previous sales/account management experience in the marine industry is essential

· Experience of managing or supervising direct report(s) or ambition to develop these skills would be beneficial

· Professional level of Turkish and English – written and spoken
