Multinational Real Estate Developer is looking for "Legal Counsel / Lawyer" candidates based in Milas / Muğla.
Qualifications
o Bachelor’s Law degree (LLB) from a reputable university
o Min. 3 yrs of experience on commercial law, code of obligations, contract drafting/negotiation/execution, in Turkish and English (in-house or in law firm)
o Work independently and also as part of a team
o Result oriented analytical approach
o Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.
o Very goodplanning, time management and communication skills
o Very good proficiency in English (written & spoken)
o Very good use of MS Office applications
o No restriction in traveling
o Military service for male candidates - completed
Job Description
o Negotiate, draft, review and close contracts and related documentation for sales and construction activities
o Follow up implementation into processes
o Coordinate with other business units and outsourced legal houses
o Identify risks and propose workable solutions
o Analyse complex issues, write briefs and reports.
o Provide legal support to other business units of the Group
o Daily follow-up of legislation : maintain and share regulatory developments
o Legal compliance activities
