QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a “Maintenance Engineer” for Maintenance Section in our production plant in Sakarya/Hendek.

QUALIFICATIONS

· University degree (BS/MS) in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics) Department

· Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position

· Excellent command of English (interviews will be conducted in English)

· Strongly creative with an analytical mind , result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic

· Flexible, and able to adapt to learn TPM methods and philosophy

· Having mechatronics knowledge & PLC, Control & Automation tools

· Mechanical installation knowledge

· Technical drawing knowledge

· Good knowledge of MS office programs

· AutoCad knowledge

· No restriction for travel in and out of country

· Completed military service for male candidate

· Driving licence (class B)

· Willing to live in Sakarya

Job Description

· To be employed in Engineering departments

· Organizing and planning maintenance members skill improvement trainigs

· Take an active role about factory energy management process and manage the energy saving and efficiency projects

· Manage the MNT process improvement projects

· Support to new equipment projects, improve systems regarding the requirements of factory

· Working with Production Engineering Department for the investment projects

· Taking actions and making root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects

· Manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities in production lines to provide continuous and high performance production

· Spare parts management, determining the needs, monitoring and supplying
