What is the Main Aim of This Position?

Developing offline media & communication strategies, media contents for Koçtaşand ensure the implementation of them in line with company’s communication strategy.

What We Expect From You?

  • · At least 5 years of experience in brand & media management.
  • Planning and implementing TV& Radio, Outdoor, Printcommunications align with brand marketing strategy.
  • Managing and leading relationships with internal stake holders as well as creative, media planning and purchasing agencies.
  • Managing creative and media agencies, timelines and executions. Finding newways to bring solutions for business challenges.
  • Conducting daily operations of offline media planning, buying and reporting processes. Keeps track of and reports offline media budget.
  • Creating efficient media planning solutions. Measuring the plans success and interpreting datas; propose and implement successful optimization strategies and solutions based on data.
  • Creating effective media contents with creative agency and conduct them inline with Koçtaş campaign plans.
  • Working collaboratively with marketing team and guiding the team for communication insights and needs.
  • Managing daily, weekly, monthly and annual plans and reports for offline media.
  • To ensure execution of communication plans in all offline media channels completely and on time.
  • Deep understanding of statistics and the ability to support hypotheses with data.
  • Analysing and measuring the results of strategies and feeds back to necessary units for optimization.
