Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or similar related field

· Minimum 8 years of work experience in designing and executing OD projects

· Excellent command of English in written and spoken

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

· Well structured, ability to prioritize workload and manage a busy schedule

· Good knowledge about MS Office programs especially in MS Excel

Description

· Defining organizational development needs in all company, manages the units as well as relationships with other functions, ensures all units within the company are well functioning

· Writing and revising the HR procedures and forms according to requirements

· Executing HR metrics analysis and monthly HR reporting studies

· Ensuring that HR policies and practices are implemented in accordance with the HR strategy

· Supporting performance management system processes

· Ensuring that organizational changes are correct and complete in HR systems and keeping up to date

· Managing Organization Design & Planning processes

· Process Improvement and Change Management

· Preparing and sharing of organizational change announcements

· Ensuring that job descriptions are up-to-date and complete with an organizational point of view

· Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources

· Leading business optimization initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for personnel

· Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives

· Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals

· Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes

· Analyzing headcount needs of the account, observes prudence in headcount allocation, manages span of control limitations within the account

· Researching trends and remains current with organizational developments, techniques, and technologies to support current and changing needs of the organization
