QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Good level of English for both written and spoken to communicate with customers/visitors
  • Dynamic team player, good at time management, multi- tasking and organization skills
  • Willing to learn and open for development opportunities
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Residence in İstanbul Anatolian side is preferable

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all HR&Admin activities in line with the company policy&procedures (including renewals of agreements and following up all in/out cargo deliveries)
  • Responsible for switchboard by taking the incoming calls and managing info mail group to forward customer requests to the respective sales team
  • Maintain stationary supplies by checking inventory levels; anticipating requirements, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, delivering supplies to work stations.
  • Maintain customer records in the system and answering questions of customers by forwarding messages, confirming customer orders, keeping customers informed of order status.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Giving support to all departments whenever needed
