Good level of English for both written and spoken to communicate with customers/visitors

Residence in İstanbul Anatolian side is preferable
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for all HR&Admin activities in line with the company policy&procedures (including renewals of agreements and following up all in/out cargo deliveries)
Responsible for switchboard by taking the incoming calls and managing info mail group to forward customer requests to the respective sales team
Maintain stationary supplies by checking inventory levels; anticipating requirements, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, delivering supplies to work stations.
Maintain customer records in the system and answering questions of customers by forwarding messages, confirming customer orders, keeping customers informed of order status.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
