As Arçelik-LG Klima San. ve Tic. A.Ş family, we are looking for an Organizational Development Specialist who will work in Talent Management.
- If you graduated from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics,
- If you can define the competencies that will shape the future of Arçelik-LG, if you can do research on identifying development needs,
- If you follow the trends, are willing to design and develop the future of work,
- If you have knowledge of wage research, grading and job valuation methodologies,
- If you can direct the HR team on Data Analytics,
- If you are experienced in reporting and tracking,
- If you are experienced in using SAP HR and MS Office programs,
- If you have advanced knowledge of English,
- If you are a good communicator who can build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders,
- If you have a holistic perspective and analytical thinking, are detail-oriented and willing to learn

What do we expect from you?
- To carry out organizational development studies in line with the strategic goals and objectives of the company,
- Effectively managing the performance management process,
- Managing the process by following the developments regarding wages and fringe benefits,
- Carrying out career planning, rotation and backup processes in line with the company's human resources system and goals,
- Designinig and developing HR reports,
- Designing and following Arçelik-LG development roadmaps
