QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Learning & Development
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
  • Advanced level of both written & spoken English
  • Experience in L&D system set up and adult learning principles, learning facilitition
  • Excellent reporting & presentation skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and organizational skills
  • Result and customer oriented
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well-organized, a self-motivated with enthusiasm and initiative, management processes improvements oriented
  • Proactive, a learner, and able to work effectively within the team
  • Reside/Willing to reside in Kocaeli


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Taking role in transformation of Learning & Development system
  • Prepare periodical reports on trainings and projects
  • Proposal & development of new projects
  • Responsible of onboarding process
  • Follow up training budget
  • Prepare training result reports
  • Delivery of orientation trainings and some internal soft-skill trainings
  • Training need analysis (conducting surveys and field study, doing interviews with related parties)
  • Planning, organization and execution of internal & external trainings
