QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Learning & Development
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Advanced level of both written & spoken English
- Experience in L&D system set up and adult learning principles, learning facilitition
- Excellent reporting & presentation skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and organizational skills
- Result and customer oriented
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Well-organized, a self-motivated with enthusiasm and initiative, management processes improvements oriented
- Proactive, a learner, and able to work effectively within the team
- Reside/Willing to reside in Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Taking role in transformation of Learning & Development system
- Prepare periodical reports on trainings and projects
- Proposal & development of new projects
- Responsible of onboarding process
- Follow up training budget
- Prepare training result reports
- Delivery of orientation trainings and some internal soft-skill trainings
- Training need analysis (conducting surveys and field study, doing interviews with related parties)
- Planning, organization and execution of internal & external trainings
