PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our expanding STG team! Our ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience while fulfilling responsibilities for the internal customers and business partners of the purchasing department. The Procurement Specialist will be authorized and responsible for the execution of direct and indirect purchasing processes and supplier development.

Minimum Requirements;

  • Degree in Marketing/Economics/ Business/ Industrial Engineer/ Industrial Economics or related field,
  • 4-5 years’ experience in a related capacity,
  • Advanced level of English,
  • Professional knowledge of MS Office applications.

  • Ensuring strong stakeholder and supplier management,
  • Managing purchasing activities,
  • Supporting the creation of the best roadmap for the purchasing process in line with company objectives,
  • Thanks to your negotiation skills, you will be reaching out for the best options regarding cost, quality, delivery and innovation perspectives,
  • Following the trends and forecasting costs,
  • To prepare purchase orders and related amendments, as/when required for approval and further processing,
  • To ensure the most effective follow-up of the procurement process and supplier relations,
  • To carry out its activities in accordance with the Quality Management System.
