QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics,Business Administiration or related fields.
- Taking the responsibility of Release and Configuration Management issues for the projects
- Know-how in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and Product Management is a big asset
- New graduated or 1-2 years of experience in software configuration management
- SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL Db knowledge and experience
- Basic knowledge about automated software builds
- Basic knowledge about Continuous Integration
- Basic knowledge about software development methodology
- Good command of written and spoken English
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful new joiner will be a member of an international team, which enables him/her to improve his/her technical and personal competencies.
He/she will be responsible for:
- Work closely with development and other technical team members to resolve all release related issues
- Able to establish good communications with software developers, analysts & testers
- IT professinal of cross functional, self organised team that covers configuration on CRM
- Understand the CRM Product & Campaign Management business requirements
- Demand clarification by working hand in hand with the internal customers
- Managing CRM configuration changes, distributing changes to other platforms.
- Version-based configuration information management
- Coordinate the CRM configuration with software developers, system engineers, testers, and operations and maintenance team
- Good at tracking and reporting
