GENEL NİTELİKLER

Working within the Global BL Marketing & Sales, Electrification, Smart Buildings in Istanbul, Turkey, you will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy. Reporting to the Product Marketing Director (ELSP), you will coordinate sales activities, events and market research to meet business goals and increase market share.


Your responsibilities:

  • Targets: Responsible for achieving key targets for LV Circuit Breakers by promoting to target partners, end users, EPCs, and consulting engineering firms with Sales.
  • Marketing : Prepare right offers for different customer groups. Position the products and solutions’ prices according to competitive analysis. Prepare yearly marketing communication plan and content for different segments and channels and Support sales for right solution in front of customers.
  • Training : Organize necessary trainings internally and externally.
  • Presenting: Represent products and solutions in technical and business related discussions in customer meetings, conferences, and industry seminars.
  • Customer knowledge: Maintains and shares knowledge of the customer’s applications.
  • Customer Relations: Manages and develops appropriate relationships with customers and key accounts. Supports customers in adopting the new products and facilitates problem resolution.
  • Strategy: Evaluates to improve the market and customer needs as well as products and solutions.
  • Commissioning: Gives support to partners, service and endusers about commissioning of LV Circuit Breakers.


Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with more than 2 years of field sales/technical experience with electrical products.
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English.
  • Turkish knowledge is a must.
  • Technical knowledge of electrical interconnection systems and applications.
  • Experience working with relevant Codes and Standards.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal/written and presentation skills to all levels in an organization.
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving, selling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time.
  • No obstacle of travelling.
  • Broad business acumen, ability to plan and execute on plans.
