We are looking for a “Product Owner” as a part of our core team with the following qualifications;
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in product management
- Experience in working directly within a Scrum cross functional team
- Have a common understanding of the software development life cycle
- Product Management Know-How, especially in setting product vision, roadmap planning, backlog management, release management and user story writing
- Experience in communicating with all stakeholders to gather clear business requirements
- Preferably have certifications like PSPO, CSPO, PSM or CSM
- Must be visionary, focused, goal driven and accountable and exhibit significant attention to detail
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with team members come from different disciplines
- Willing to learn and collaborate with other team members
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set product vision and plan product roadmaps
- Work with internal and external customers to ensure that problems are solved by planned features
- Track and monitor customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics
- Manage, order and maintain product backlog
- Split epics to stories, and write detailed user stories.
- Make clarification to the Development Team when needed
- Actively participate in refinement, sprint planning and review.
- Make sure that the Development team always have actionable stories
- Coordinate and manage the release management process.
- Collaborate closely with other Product Owners to solve dependencies and build an organizational product vision
- Increase close collaboration and communication across all team members
