QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering Departments,
- Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in R&D, product development, design and commissioning processes,
- Preferably experienced in battery/battery industry,
- Able to perform basic engineering calculations,
- Able to read technical drawing,
- Preferably Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Good knowledge of MS office programs,
- Advanced reporting and analysis skills,
- Preferably experienced in OEM PPAP process and quality department,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Taking an active part in the processes of new product designs,
- To carry out all R&D Center documentation of the projects she/he is responsible for,
- Answering the technical parts of the battery specifications,
- To follow the prototype, sample production and laboratory test processes,
- Making product and competitor analysis, reporting,
- To follow the literature, to research new technologies and new production methods related to the Energy/Battery sector,
- Preparing project plans and updating regularly in accordance with revisions,
- Preparing FMEA, Control plan, Flow Diagram etc. updating PPAP documents,
- Working in coordination with Sales, Production, Quality and Process departments,
- Searching for patents,
